We are seeking a skilled Planning and Contracts Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using Primavera for planning and scheduling, as well as a strong background in post-contracts management. This role involves creating detailed project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Also needs to collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract terms (Tools used: Primavera, MSProject, etc.,) covering the entire scope and within defined timelines.
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client (when required).
- Calculating Optimal Material, Machinery and Manpower Requirement
- Plan for the budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
- Create Cashflow analysis (ie., Expected billing (cash inflow) vs Expected cash outflow)
- Coordinate with other functions like Engineering (provides working drawings), Safety (maintain zero injury), Contracts (awards contracts & raise any issues with the client), Quality (maintain zero defect) & Execution (Production).
- Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress, identify areas of weakness, establishes means and methods for recovery & new critical activities (if any).
- Prepares Weekly / Monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Post- Contract
- Review all the conditions of contracts and ensure any project specific changes if required.
- Management and administration of all project's contractual activities from initiation to handover.
- Collaborating with supporting functions across business including operations, HR, Finance and Business Development and provide support to project team on contractual issues.
- Participate in risk assessments and be aware of the related ongoing compliances monitoring indifferent projects & Identification of other party obligation and monitor project claim strategy.
- Managing contractual and commercial procedures such as variation, claims, amendment order, EOT, and defense from any claim or LD
Other Aspects:
- Proven experience as a Planning and Contracts Engineer.
- Proficiency in Primavera and other project management tools.
- Strong understanding of post-contracts management and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and Education: 5 to 8 years of exp. in foundation projects with BE/BTech in Civil
Industry Experience: Understanding of Construction /Civil /Ground Engineering business and foundation engineering (Piling, Ground Improvement, Grouting, Stone Column) / customers’ requirements/ new techniques.
Location: Anywhere in North & West Region (Project site location).
